Post

Post is a city in Texas, United States.The land had a place with John Bunyan Slaughter, as it was on his U Lazy S Ranch. In 1906, Slaughter sold it to Charles William Post, the breakfast grain producer, who established "Post City" as an idealistic colonizing wander in 1907. Post conceived the group as a model town. He acquired 200,000 sections of land of ranchland and built up the Double U Company to deal with the town's development.

The organization constructed trim houses and ious structures, which incorporated the Algerita Hotel, a gin, and a material plant. They planted trees along each road and precluded mixed refreshments and houses of ill-repute. The Double U Company leased and sold ranches and houses to pilgrims.
