Famous healthy fast food, widely available in Chinese roadside stalls in Mumbai. It's pretty much the only "Chinese" chaat, making it a unique dish. Crispy fried noodles with spicy Indian chutneys and sauces. Extremely easy to make, doesn't take more than 15 minutes to prepare. How to make: Step 1 Combine carrot, cabbage, onion, capsicum, mushrooms, spring onion with greens, tomato, garlic sauce and fried noodles in a bowl and mix well gently. Step 2 Transfer in as serving bowl. Garnish with fried onions, chopped spring onion greens and coriander leaves. Drizzle little garlic sauce on top and serve immediately.

This vegetarian delicacy can be best enjoyed with Bajara roti. Ker Sangri can be prepared in various ways. Different variations in preparation make this dish even more delicious.
Found in the quaint villages in Ladakh. In Ladakh, it is known as the goor. Made up of Yak butter. The ingredients of this exotic drink are tea leaves, yak butter, salt and water. It's a black tea with butter floating inside of it. Yak milk tea has a lot of great medicinal benefits. It is known to increase your libido, help with insomnia, and increase your endurance for a day of hard work. Butter tea, known as Po Cha, is a traditional drink of the Tibetans and is also consumed in Bhutan.
