Sonrisa Holidays had arranged our travel very good, we are fully satisfied with the services they had provided us.

Very good organisation of our journey through Sri Lanka by following very well our individual wishes. We have got already at the airport a prepaid sim card for our mobile phone and so we stood in contact with our agent nearly every day. They asked us regularly if everything is ok, very good service. We realy can recommend Sonrisa Holiday as a professional and very friendly organiser of trips in Sri Lanka. 50% of the price we had to pay by bank advise before they could finally book our hotels. The other 50% we paid when arriving at the air port. A fair procedure and all agreed hotels were booked.

dear sir/madam, the actual tour was start 22 oct back in karachi 27 oct. we had a good time, sornisa holidays was ok. the guides were excellent and ms wickrama singhe rang us twice daily wishing us well. 4 days were too little. 5 nights were for sleep and ready for morrow. the trip put a hole in our pockets. our booking was at ashort notice not booked in advance so very expensive. fares were raised without notice. we had to pay even more for cancellation again a friend advised us to send money by western union (he had a nasty motive to thwart our tour). they sent money in two goes, took 30 hrs rather than 10 mints. some pakistani folks must have done bad things so your visa is a problem for pakistani people not a 24 hr thing. so good time but very bad luck. regards aley raza.
