Slovak National Theater

Bratislava's musical drama house – referred to formally as the chronicled working of the Slovak National Theater – is a Neo-Renaissance-style building opened in 1886 as the City Theater.

The busts of popular melodic arrangers show up in the oval openings in the façade and in addition a stone sculptural gathering, the Muse of Thalia by the Viennese model T. Friedl, and putti, figures of kids symbolizing disaster and comic drama, by V. Tilgner.
