Chail is a wonderful slope station located 63 km from Shimla in the Shivalik area of Himachal Pradesh. Chail is spread crosswise over three hillocks — Rajgarh, Pandewa and Sadh Tiba, covering a region of more than 72 sections of land. Chail was a lethargic little mountain town till its change in 1893. It was established by the Maharaja of Patiala, Bhupinder Singh.
