This us fraud company ,I was completely pissed off as they dont receive calls after you give them money .They promised gud hotel but gave very cheap so I did my own booking on the spot and spent extra money and no refund received from them .They dont have manners to talk to customer ,They receives 1 call out of 50 times ,so dont ever go with this agency .U can do better by booking on ur own as they are bunch of illiterate who dont know anything and does fraud only

We was booked a customized tour from 25th January till 1st February 2019 from a travel agent namely “Our Indian Trip” address is Head Office: 206 Ground Floor, Bagu Akbarpur, Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP) - 201009. On 26th when we reached NJP NBSTC bus stand as per the package they must have a transfer from NJP to Darjeeling But on 26th January we reached very late at NBSTC bus stand where we spouse to reach by 12 noon we reached at 18.00 Hrs.
