Very satisfied with the service. Ms. Priya Nair had made excellent and timely arrangements in terms of hotel, homestays & travel. All of the customized needs asked for were fulfilled especially when visit was with a one-year-old baby. The drive throughout the journey was made comfortable and safe by Mr. Sibi. Would recommend Ripplesnrocks to anyone who plans a Kerala visit to have a fulfilling visit.

Dear sir. Tanks for the information provided. Both the agents contacted us and quoted differently. We opted for Kanjirakkattu Home stay instead of Paradise Holidays.cochin, since MsPriya Nair was persistently in touch with us and made big promises while MsSelvy of P.H. Could not take the independent decision & both quoted almost the same cost in spite of PH boosted abought their cost was the lowest in the market. We had very bad experience of car driver UNABLE TO SPEAK OTHER THAN MALAYALAM in spite of our specific requirement known o MsPriya .this put us in maximum disadvantage. Boat experience was TOO BAD. SIXTY % of our time was spent on road travelling due to lack of knowledge of route suggested by MsPriya .we paid ?31500.forthe package. End of the day we did not have the holiday but touch and go visits. My guest was disappointed and we are yet to receive feedback solicited from you well before the commencement of our tour though there was the call from your office assuring us of early feedback on your suggested agents. Thank you for all the assistance rendered by you.
