Remaining 70% of the total payment has to be made before your tour starts for Bhutan Tour Programmes booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows: 1 To confirm the bookings, 30% of the total invoice has to be paid as a Advance 2 No cancellation charges shall be applied if tour is cancelled prior to 45Days of Traveling. 3 Cancellation Charges of 15% of Total Invoice will be applied if tour is cancelled prior to 30 days but after 44 Days from the date of Travel. 4. Company shall refund the full Payment made by Travelers, for if Tour is Cancelled Due to unavoidable Circumstances, But only before to 25th day of Arrival Date. Infant /Child Policy *Children 5 years and above but 8 years and below, sharing room with parent is subjected to 50% meals charges. * Children 9 years and above and 12 years and below Sharing Bed with Parents will be 100% charges on Meals. *Children above 12 years have to Take extra Mattress and will be charged fully. All charges to reservations and any cancellations must be in written and has to be made through corresponding email in wayaboutbhutan1974@gmail.com or contact Manager @+97517264398 Other Information For the travelers, traveling to Bhutan By ROAD. The immigration office in Phuentsholing remains closed in Saturday, Sunday and in Government Holidays too. Monday to Friday opens from 9 Am till 5 Pm. Travelers have to reach Immigration Before 3 PM in the weekdays with Valid Passport (6 Months)/Voter card and pass port size photo each for the procession of Permit. Extra Notes**  Use or Carrying of Plastic Products or plastic is Banned in Bhutan  Carry Your Passport and tickets in an easy to access pouch or bag.  Generally in Bhutan bargaining is NOT practiced or exercised. Customers generally request and NOT demand discount.  Ensure that you carry your medications as the same formulation may not be available inBhutan.  Import of cigarette requires a permit available at entry point  Smoking without a valid permit invites a fine. Smoking is NOT permitted in public areas and Vehicles.  Littering is against the law  Obey safety instructions given by local guide in regards to protective clothing’s, physicalactivities, and places that might compromise safety i.e. rivers, cliffs … etc.  Indian Currency is accepted and the value is same  Tipping is welcomed  Photography of religious artifacts’ and important personalities need discretion, sometimes permission  Forbidden areas must NOT be intruded as it may be places of worship and sensitivity.  Cross mail Street at designated zebra crossing only. Walk on footpath only  Public toilets are limited, Ask guide for information.  Speak at a time, raising a voice is considered rude as most of the Bhutanese are soft spoken. English is widely spoken and understood  Bhutanese respect privacy, if spoken to, Bhutanese will answer, if approached, - service will be given  Do not pack sharp objects such as knives, scissors, penknives etc. in your hand luggage. Documents to be carried during your tour:  Valid Passport/ Voter id (original) Printed copies  Child below 11 Years can carry birth certificate if there is no passport but birth certificate should be in English  2 passport size photoes
