• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation within 50 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 20% retention Total package cost
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation within 40 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 30% retention Total package cost
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation within 25 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 40% retention Total package cost
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation within 14 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 50 % retention Total package cost
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation within 07 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking / Transportation or Non Utilization of the same: No Refund Total package cost
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation of Air Fare will be Rs.2000 Per seat.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation of Train ticket will be 50% on total ticket fare.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right Apart from Cancellation amount 08% of the total amount will be charged extra as files charges if any guest cancel there trip before the cancellation period.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right PLEASE NOTE - THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON HIGH PEAK DATES / PEAK SEASON AND ANY LONG WEEKEND 20TH DEC TO 10TH JAN ,FULL RETENSION WILL BE CHARGED AND IF THE GUEST WILL CANCEL THE BOOKING BEFORE THE CANCELLATION POLICY THEN 10% WILL BE CHARGED AS PER COMPANY LAW. BESIDES ABOVE, IN CERTAIN CASES LIKE TRAIN JOURNEYS, HOTELS OR RESORTS BOOKINGS DURING THE PEAK SEASON CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEAR OR DURING FAIRS/FESTIVALS, FULL PAYMENT MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO HOLD SPACE ON CONFIRMED BASIS. PLEASE NOTE THAT SUCH PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
