Booking and payment - A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment. - Prices depend on availability and may change until full payment is received. - Full payment is due before the start of the journey, as stated in your itinerary confirmation. Cancellation and refunds - Up to 45 days before the start date: 90% of the booking cost is refunded. - Up to 30 days before the start date: 80% is refunded. - Up to 15 days before the start date: the amount refunded by the hotels is passed on to you. - Within 15 days of the start date: no refund. - No refund applies to bookings in peak season (1 December to 15 January), extended 3-day holiday weekends in India, and Deepavali holidays. - Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days. Our role - Suprayana Travel arranges your journey and acts as an intermediary between you and hotels, drivers, guides and activity providers. - We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural events, government restrictions or force majeure.
