First of all, thanks for prepared everything for us. We had a pleasure time in India. In general everything was very well organized, the hotels, drivers and logistic. It was very good located, but it was old and not in good conditions. The shower was not working properly and some furniture were damaged. Location of the Hotel in Kochi. The hotel was nice, but it is better if it can be located in Fort Kochi area. These are the only things we think can be improved, but any of these details avoided us to enjoy our days in India. We loved it, specially the food. Be sure that we will recommend you to our family and friends that want to have a similar experience, and of course if we come back anytime we will contact you again Thanks again, Eliana and Adrian

MY TRIP TO GOA WAS A GREAT TRIP I ENJOYED EVERBIT OF IT . GOA IS A GREAT PLACE THE HOTEL ACACA IS GREAT AN STAFF VERY HELPFUL AN WELCOMING. I WOULD GO TO GOA AGAIN REGARDS VINOD KARSAN

Overall the trip was good with some minor hiccups. 1) The houseboat under 'King's boat' was nicely furnished and the owners were warm and hospitable. The dinner was freshly cooked and good taste. The Shikara tour and surrounding is nice. 2) On the date of arrival and also the 2nd day, the car that came to fetch us was late. We were ushered to another car by driver who mistook us for another guest. Thank God he found out in time when I asked him where was the guide Javid. Only saw the guide Javid on the first day and the 3rd night. He was to meet us on the last day (4th day) according to driver but couldn't make it after all. As we didn't like the location of our hotel for the 2nd and 3rd night after houseboat, I had to pay in full for the a replacement hotel nearer to Dal Lake. It cost me additional 4800 INR for the 3rd night. At first Javid told me I could pay the difference of 1500 INR, but he didn't managed to get the refund from the original hotel, and I was only informed after I had already checked out of the original hotel. I am thinking as a travel agent, he should be able to get a better rate and I found out that replacement hotel has other standard room that cost half the price I paid. I trusted Javid to get me a hotel at reasonable rate, but that was not as I thot. 3) On recommendation of driver, we substituted Sonamarg with the tour of the Moghul Gardens at Srinagar instead. It was indeed a better option.
