We visited Munnar, Thekkery and Aleppy (back-water) from 17 August to 21 August 2013. The tour was arranged by Nandanam Tours & Travels. We enjoyed every bit of time spent in Kerala. Services were prompt and efficient. Our car driver, Mr. Joseph was very very skilled driver and was very cooperative. Thanks Nandanam Tours and Hello Travels.

Mr Murali Menon was our travel agent.The trip was well organized.Driver who took us around was Mr Rathish Kumar and he was very very helpful and concerned.However we were promised 3star accomodation wherever we were to stay and this promise was not kept at two of the hotels.In fact at Munnar and Thekkady we were given hotels 40km away from the main city which meant an added 2hrs of travel .The itinerary given showed much lesser travel time between two places whereas it took much more time and this was highly disappointing .At Trivandrum we had a sudden change of hotel n the hotel we were made to stay in had bed bugs n we had to change rooms .My request to all who travel.... do confirm actual travel timing n hotel details before u go We pay for relaxation n facilities n a hassle free vacation but often we feel cheated
