• Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:
• In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
•  50% advance at the time of booking
•  30% payment before 15 days prior to your check-in date
•  20% payment 01 week prior to your check-in date
•  CANCELLATION FOR ALL TARIFFS & PACKAGES
•  Less than 15 days before the arrival date - no refund
•  Less than 20 days before the arrival date - 60% refund
•  Less than 25 days before the arrival date - 75% refund
•  No refund in case of road block, accident, no show etc.
