I would say overall it was a pleasant experience with a few things that could have been better :-) Great highlights - Bookings were made on time and there was a personal touch with Anuj (Owner of Kritika Tavels) to prepare a detailed itenary for each day. He recommended us to stay in Park Regis Kris Kin which is a 5 star hotel property. The hotel had top class facilities, food was good, staff was very courteous and over all ambience was worth the price. Few things that I would request the travelers to check before hand in case they are planning a trip to Dubai. Miracle gardens and Bollywood Theme Park can be covered in 1 day as both the places will not take more than 2-3 hours of time to cover. Since the two places are not near to each other, may be you want to club it with some other attraction of your choice. Also please check the operational hours of Bollywood theme park. Since we visited in April 2017 and reached the venue of Theme Park as per our itenary at 10:40 AM. The local tour guide was not aware that the opening hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. So it was unpleasant to bear the scorching hear for so long, especially when the park is not equipped for people to sit and relax or wait (unless you use chairs for some eating joint while ordering to eat. Burj Khalifa and musical fountains were really great. Worth seeing experience and so is Safari tour. When it comes to food, I am a foody person. Most of the places offer great Indian cuisine and actually you get most of the cuisines from around the globe. Having said that food served in Desert Safai was not up to the mark. variety of dishes didn't make sense for a buffet and definitely not worth 5 star catering. It also depends which company is sponsoring the Dessert Safari and Dhow Cruise. If you are taking the Dhow cruise, ensure that you make your booking in advance for the deck seeing else you will not be entertained and will be given a table inside where neither you can see a proper view nor take any pictures since the cruise mirror inside will only give you, your own reflection. And ofcourse you cannot breathe fresh air or see the tall buildings/ hotel's around. Sorry, but Dhow wasn't a good experience. I was travelling with my old parents so we didn't go to the Sea World but I would certainly recommend that when you visit the Dubai Mall. Last but not the least, you get a city tour for half a day which covers as much as Dubai City as possible. City tour was one of the best things organized by Kritika travels. Our tour guide (Ali bhai) was simply awesome. Overall, it was a good tour, drivers for pick up were very much on time, coordinated properly and it was hassle free tour. Things that can be improved - Experience for food on Desert Safari and Dhow Cruise. Last comments - Ensure that you are in touch with Anuj everytime you face a problem so that things can be rectified there and then.

Hi, I happened to visit singapore last week. Itinerary was nicely arranged by mr.anuj. The whole trip went on smoothly according to the plan.Mr. Anuj was in direct contact with us all the time seeking how the trip is going. Being at the distance the visa process was completed with all the major coordination done at the Chennai high commission for Singapore.
