Day wise Travel Itinerary
Day 1 : Njp/Bagdogra To Gangtok
Our representative will Meet and Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra and transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.) 124 km (77 mi).The drive will take you through a bank of river Tista with a beautiful view of mountains and river. On arrival Check-in to hotel and rest. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2 : Gangtok
After breakfast/lunch will have a seight seeing of gangtok which include Institute of tibetology, Dodrul Chorten, flower show, Handicraft centre and Enchey Monastery, Water falls, rumtek monastery and lots more. Overnight at gangtok.
Day 3 : Tsomgo Lake/Baba Mandir
After Breakfast Full day Excursion OF tsomgo lake. The water in this lake has been accumulated from the melting snow on the mountains located nearby. The river Lungtze Chu originates from this lake, which meets Rangpo-chu down its course. According to the history, the colour of water of this lake was studied by Lamas so as to forecast about the future. They believed, if the water had a dark tinge, it indicated a year full of trouble and unrest in the state. Drop to hotel.
Day 4 : Kalimpong/seight seeing
After breakfast move towards Kalimpong, on a ridge overlooking the Teesta River, is a tourist destination owing to its temperate climate, magnificent Himalayan beauty and proximity to popular tourist locations in the region. Horticulture is important to Kalimpong: It has a flower market notable for its wide array of orchids; nurseries, which export Himalayan grown flower bulbs, tubers and rhizomes, contribute to the economy of Kalimpong.later will have a half day seight seeing which includes the famous deolo hill, ) Dr Graham's Homes, Lord Buddha Statue, Sherpa View Point, Durga Mandir, Hanuman Temple , Pineview Nursery etc.
Day 5 : Darjeeling
After having breakfast move towards Darjeeling is a beautiful hill town set in West Bengal which is known for its tea plantations. The place makes one experience the most breath-taking views of the Himalayas. After reaching Darjeeling, check-in to the hotel and after fresh up can have toy train ride ,free to roam Darjeeling market in the evening.
Day 6 : Tiger Hill/Seight Seeing
Early Morning at 3:45 am will move towards tiger hill .It is famous for its panoramic view of Mount Everest and MT Kanchenjunga together and early morning sunrise. On the way back to hotel visit the famous ghoom monastery and batasia loop.After breakfast will have a seight seeing which include,Japanese temple, Peace pagoda ,Ava art gallery,Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre (Closed on Sunday).
Day 7 : Mirik/Pashupati Market
After having breakfast We will move towards mirik,Mirik is a picturesque tourist spot nestled in the serene hills of Darjeeling district in West Bengal, India. Mirik is a popular tourist destination for its climate, natural beauty and easy accessibility. The centre of all attraction is the Sumendu Lake, surrounded by a garden on one side and pine trees on the other and linked together by an arching footbridge called Indreni Pull (Rainbow Bridge). A 3.5-km-long road encircles the lake and is used for walks with the view of Kangchenjunga on the far horizon. Boating on the quaint shikaras and pony riding are available.on the way visit to famous pashu pati market and simana. This is the Indo-Nepal border area, the road itself belongs to India and the viewing area falls in Nepal. But you can freely cross over to get the views.
Day 8 : Drop To Njp/ Bagdogra
Back to NJP /Bagdogra via Kurseong. After having breakfast will move towards NJP via kurseong. Our representative will drop you to njp.
