From the bottom of my heart I would like to thanks to the entire team of Indian Holiday Club for making my trip to Himachal a memorable one. Even when we requested for changes in the last minute. Appreciate the assistance and concern to everyone who was involved in making our tour to Himachal a memorable one. We did not go to Manali. We went to Dalhousie. The tempo traveler organised for 14 of us was rather small and we had to just squeeze in. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the food etc served by the hotel was excellent. Hotel Mongas was very good over all. Four of us could not make it due to illness. In case of one couple the refund was 25% and for the other couple despite a notice of 8/9 days refund was zero. Our repeated requests for some consideration did not have any effect. Overall the experience was not bad.

We had taken a package from Indian Holiday Club for trip to kerala. We were very disappointed with the transport facility during our trip. Whatever they committed not provided the same and with family we faced a lot of problems which were communicated time to time the agent but all is in vain.
