Terms and Conditions

• Confirmation for any trip will be after depositing 50% as advance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Before 15 Days : 80% Refund
• Between 7 to 15 Days: 70% Refund
• less than 7 days : NO REFUND
• Cost Includes:
• 1. Transport support from Dehradun - starting from pickup on day 1 to drop on day 7
• 2. guide and cook fees
• 3. rent for camping equipment
• 4. forest entry charges
• 5. porter and mule support to carry camping equiptment. Please note that personal luggage will not be carried by mules and porters.
• 6. all veg meals starting from day 1 dinner to day 6 breakfast. We provide hot breakfast and hot dinner. On trekking days packed lunch will be provided.
• 7. Guesthouse accommodation throughout the trek.
• 8. Visit to Badrinath temple on day 6.
• Cost does not include:
• 1. Transport to reach Dehradun from hometown
• 2. personal expenses like tips, medicines, phone calls etc
• 3. any transport support during the trek apart from what is included above
• 4. Personal porter support will be chargeable at 200 Rs per bag per day. Weight of 1 bag should not increase 12 kgs.
• 5. Any meals during the travel journey to Govindghat and back from Badrinath to Dehradoon.
• 6. Rent for trekking shoes is Rs 200 per trekking day. The charges are applicable irrespective if the shoes are worn or not during the trek. Availability of shoes need to be confirmed with us.
• 7. Rent for walking stick is Rs 50 per trekking day. The charges are applicable irrespective if the stick is used or not.
• 8. Accommodation in Dehradoon.
• 9. No sightseeing in Badrinath except Temple visit.
