Day wise Itinerary

After you arrive at Delhi airport/ railway station, head to Haridwar which is around 215 km from Delhi. It will take you 5 hours to reach Haridwar. Enjoy the drive and on reaching Haridwar, check-in to the hotel. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2:Haridwar - Jayalgarh  Hel Auli

This morning promises you a happy day as you take a transfer to Jayalgarh which is 115 kms from Haridwar. At this destination, you get to enjoy delicious breakfast at riverside camp which will be organized near River Alaknanda. From there, head to Auli and enjoy lunch during the journey. Spend the evening with a great sunset view at Nanda Devi with tea and snacks. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3:Auli - Govindghat  Ghangaria

Drive to Govindghat which will take you around 40 to 60 minutes to reach. Here, you get to trek across the river Alaknanda over a bridge at Govindghat. From there, you walk towards the Bhyundar valley through forest area and a few villages. The place provides scenic locations with a number of waterfalls and lush green landscape all around. It will take you around 4 to 4 hours to reach Ghangaria which is 14 kms from the place. Tourists are also provided with helicopter services to reach Ghangaria.

Day 4:Ghangaria - Valley Of Flowers - Ghangaria

Ghangaria is a beautiful place which has unending green fields with a variety of flowers. When you enter the Valley of flowers, you get to see a wide variety of species of flowers right from Braham Kamal, Anemone, Geranium, Marsh Marigold, Prinula, Lilium, Potentilla, Ranunculus, Inula, Corydalis, Pedicularis, Arisaema, Ligularia, Morina, Impatiens, Saxifrages Bistorta, Anaphalis and Sibbaldia. Here, spend some time close to nature and enjoy the tranquility. After this, it s time to get back to Ghangaria. It would take around 04 hours to reach back. Have a comfortable stay in the camp at night.

Day 5:Ghangaria - Hemkund Sahib - Ghangaria

Today, you get to climb to Hemkund Sahib which will take around 3 - 4 hrs. Hemkund Sahib is a popular Sikh Shrine which is built next to a beautiful lake. The lake is surrounded all over with wild flowers, especially Bhramkamal. Pilgrims who visit the place take a dip in the cold water of the lake. After having tea at the shrine, head back to Ghangaria. Enjoy a comfortable stay in the camp.

(Those who do not wish to visit Hemkund Sahib can enjoy the day at Valley of Flowers).

Day 6:Ghangaria - Govindghat - Badrinath - Auli

So, this is the day when you trek back to Govindghat. After reaching Govindghat, drive to Badrinath which will take you an hour to reach. Here, seek blessings at the beautiful temple town of Badrinath. The temple is located on the banks of holy Alaknanda and has hot sulphur water pools. Badrinath is the perfect place for those who are spiritually inclined. Later this day, leave for Auli. Stay overnight in a lodge.

Day 7:Auli - Haridwar

Head back to Haridwar. When you arrive Haridwar, check-in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 8:Delhi- Departure

The tour ends here. It is time when you take transfer to the Delhi airport/ railway station for your onward journey and take back some beautiful memories.
