Terms and Conditions

• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• 50 % advance payment at the time of booking and remaining 50 % at least 15 days ahead of the travel date
• Cancellation Rule :
• · A nominal fee of Rs 2000/- per person will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled 15 days ahead of the tour.
• · 10% cancellation will be charged on the total tour cost if cancelled before 10 days ahead of the tour.
• · 25 % cancellation will be charged on the total tour cost if cancelled before 7 days ahead of the tour.
• · 50% cancellation will be charged on the total tour cost if cancelled before 3 days ahead of the tour.
• · 75% cancellation will be charged on the total tour cost if cancelled before 1 days ahead of the tour.
• · NO REFUND in case of cancellation within 24 hours ahead of the tour.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
