• • Above given Rates are not valid on Peak season days and Public Holidays • The package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with your booking only after we receive your confirmation and your deposit of 50% of total trip and full payment before Package starts. • Accommodation / Cabs is subject to availability at the time of Booking / Reservation / Confirmation • The above mentioned hotels & rooms are subject to availability. • If the above mentioned hotels are not available then the similar category hotels will be provided. • All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package. • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests, suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. We will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the foresaid reason. • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 13:00 hrs and the standard check-out time is 10:00 hrs. • Rooms are Non A/c in Munnar • Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 20% per person. • Cancellations between 20 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention. • Cancellations between 15 days before start date, 60% of tour cost would be charged as retention. • Cancellations made within 10days or 01 Week of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention • Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
