» Payment Terms & Methods: * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
For Booking and Reservation
1. For reservation of the services & Hotels we will require advance amount of 30% of total package cost.
2. Once we received the advance amount in our account we will commence reservations of hotels & services. We will provide in writing confirmations of hotels & services once confirmed.
3. Thereafter a 20% deposit cleared funds, based on the rooms blocked will be required at least 45 days prior to arrival. If the deposit is not received within this deadline from the agent, the operator reserves the right to dispose of all bookings made on behalf of the agent.
4. The balance payment cleared funds, for each tour will be required no later than 15 days prior to each arrival date in the tour series.
» Cancellation & Refund Policy: * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.
From Date of booking – before 30 days: Cancellation Charge 20% of the Package Cost
30 -15 Days prior to departure: Cancellation Charge 50% of the Package Cost
14 Days prior to departure: Cancellation Charge 100% of the Package cost; No refund.
