Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation & Operational Policy:-
• 25% of total tour cost charged as cancellation charges for booking once made. 50%
• charges apply between 60 days & 45 days and no refunds thereafter. If any part of
• package is not availed, refunds cannot be claimed for and neither is any part of
• package exchangeable with some other services. Incase extension of a tour is required, supplement as applicable would be paid directly to us by the clients.
• Reservation Policy:
• All reservations have to be sent by email. Bookings will be received for all dates
• irrespective of high season or low season at any time of the year.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
