Museo de Arte Colonial y Religioso La Merced

Well known among locals and visitors for its historical and unique colletion the Museo de Arte Colonial y Religioso La Merced remains on the site of the establishing of the city of Santiago de Cali. The religious complex comprises of four principle parts: the primary nave devoted to the city's benefactor holy person Our Lady of Mercy, helper houses of prayer committed to Our Lady of Remedies and the Christ Lateran, an exhibition hall of religious workmanship, and an archeological historical center.

The cloister - now a national landmark - encapsulates pilgrim design with its white dividers, unpolished stone holy places and floors, and olive entryways. Try not to miss the wooden cutting of San Pedro Nolasco in the exhibition hall of religious craftsmanship.
