Situated inside the Barra Honda National park, Barra Honda Caves are the most popular attractions of the park. These are limestone caves which spread out in various complicated systems and channels. You will have to take a hike on the 300 m high Barra Honda hill to reach this art work of nature which were formed due to tectonic activity some 60 million years ago. On your hike, you will be able to see many animals like deers, monkeys, anteaters etc.
