How to book a train ticket online

To book an online train ticket, a passenger needs to be aware of the official website of E-ticketing IRCTC.com. IRCTC stands for Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation limited. All the websites requires a username and password for the booking of an E-ticket. If the passenger is using the website for the first time, then they can register themselves by filling username and password details and they will receive a confirmation mail.
