we have recently booked one trip to lonovala-mahabaleshwar through this travels.we had very worst experience with this travel. they did not have any responsibility of their customers.travel agent made several calls for booking the travel but after the payment of initial amount and booking hotel, the travel agent did not respond to our calls even during the travel and also on the last day of the travel. they did not send our requested vehicle and had sent an alternative vehicle.when we asked the

we group of eight pilgrims toured char dham yatra kedarnath , badrinath , gangorti , yamunotri with kausaly india tour company. we have a very bad experience. company purposely booked only five heleicopter tickets of kedarnath instead of eight. now they refusing to refund the three unbooked helicopter ticket fare amountin to rs, 2700000.anf giving false reason. there hotels also were not of good quality and different from what they have told before booking. these people are cheater so please
