A HORRIBLE experience with this PATHETIC company!!! From day 1 they made sure our entire trip gets fully spoiled. Repeated followups with BAISHAKHI MAITY was a pain. They were supposed to provide us with deluxe hotel room at Lachung for which they took extra money and failed to provide us the same. After a hectic day long travel we had to wait for a resolution which again was a too high expectation from them as BAISHAKHI stopped picking up our calls. I have to search my own hotel at 9 PM.

Worst experience ever. Never ever book from creative holidays. They show the minimum cost and hide the actual cost and after payment they always want extra money for xyz reason. And also give you the false promises.
