Muslims all over the world celebrate the holiday of Eid al-Adha or the Festival of Sacrifice after the Haj. On this day morning, the Muslims from around the world attend morning prayers at their local mosques. It is then followed by visits with family and friends, and they exchange greetings and gifts on this day. On this day members of the family make arrangements for the slaughter of an animal as per the rituals. The meat is then cooked and distributed during the day among all.
