About Copenhagen Pride Week

 

Copenhagen Pride Week takes place in August a big way to underline the major issues concerning gays, lesbians, transsexuals & bisexuals. As the crowd that comes to become the live witness of this Pride Week is countless the participants flaunt their stuff such as rainbow flags through the city to make it memorable for everyone.

The main highlight of this Copenhagen Week is the huge parade scheduled to be taken place on Saturday 18 August at 13:00. The parade will commence from Frederiksberg Town Hall, pass through Vesterbrogade and conclude at Copenhagen City Hall Square. However, the live music, screaming queens and leather guys, and dykes on bikes will be there in the morning to jam the traffic and nights in Copenhagen are stritcly booked for gay community.
