Memorable Sydney Tour Package for 9 Days 8 Nights

I used "Make My Trip Pvt. Ltd" only for the Hotel and Taxi bookings. Flight bookings seemed to be bit costly with Make My Trip, hence I made own arrangement for flight bookings. They booked "Hira Taxi" for our "Delhi -> Himachal -> Delhi" road trip. The car provided had mechanical problems (Clutch bearing broken) at the begining (Delhi) of the trip itself. The driver (Mr.Ramesh) was so smart who managed with this problem, arranged alternate transport (auto) for us and in the meantime fixed it before taking us to the Hotel. During our Shimla-Kulu-Manali trip, again the Taxi had the "Self starter" problem. He managed(push the car from behind or downhill running to start, which was highly risk in the hill side!!) with this for about 5 days, and later it was fixed. Inspite of all these issues, we still enjoyed the trip since this driven happened to be very decent and nice. The hotels (Delhi, Shimla, Manali and Chandigarh) booked are standard/budget type and we did not find any major problems, except the hotel in Shimla is very small and is situated in the uphill with no car parking facility. We had to walk up hill for about 10 minutes, which made us tired. The hotel (Suryam Palace) one booked in Agra is not at all a hotel, rather we can call it as a paying guest house or a lodge. Is not clean and not suitable for the family. We do not recommend this hotel for others. We called Makemytrip to have the alternative but that did not work out well for us. I was bit upset on this instance. Otherwise our overall experience is satisfied. Suggestions to Makemytrip is: Pl. plan the itinerary in such a way that the hot places (like Delhi & Agra) are covered at the begining itself followed by cool places (like Shimla, Kulu & Manali) so that the trip ends with cool experence with cherishing moments always in memory. While booking Hotels, pl. see that decent hotels are booked that are suitable for family. Pl. get the concurrence from the customer before booking the hotels for them. Ensure with the Taxi company that the taxis are available in the good condition without any mechnical problems.

Not responding and customized package also for group or individual tour, only name is not enough for business but we need to provide heartily after sales services too.Till date we don't know where will stay and who will be our care taker or concerned person at Singapore or how we will plan our 4nsd trip at the same. what will do & don'ts , what is about money...exchange etc....still VISA is also not in our hand, all of sudden date changed and made that two days earlier..Do you think next year we will preferred to proceed for the same...nop... I am sending our 4 employee every year since last 5yrs and I have never suffered like this time. I think that is enough for change or convert negative to positive mode.
