Memorable 8 Days 7 Nights Coorg, Vythiri, Kadavu with Calicut Tour Package

On arrival at Mangalore,you will be greeted by a representative of Memorable India after which we leave via road and head to our first destination, Coorg. A five hour long drive will take us to the enchanting lands of Coorg, atop the hills of Karnataka. As we reach Coorg, you will be greeted with carpets of coffee plantations and the rich pungent fragrance of spices that are grown in the region, along with pockets of banana and coconut trees here and there. We check into our hotel and rest for the night to explore the city the next day.

We start off early by visiting the beautiful hills of Madikeri, which apart from being a hill station also have a vibrant and rich past. We also pay our homage at the Tibetan Monastery and trek on the shores of the Kauveri River. After a fun filled day, we return to our hotel for the remainder of the day which is left free for you to either relax or explore Coorg further.

After breakfast we start our sightseeing tour of Coorg. We start off with the Abbey waterfall, Omkeshwar Temple and the Museum. We break for lunch after which you are free to explore and experience the markets and bazaars of the city. We retire for an overnight# s stay at the hotel.

We set out for Vythiri, the rainforest reserve of Kerala.At Vythiri, which is a four hour long drive from Coorg, experience the sights and sounds of wilderness. And to make this experience more memorable, we check into a resort, located amidst the forest, to get a closer view of the wild life. Designed with regard to the nativestyle of architecture, the resort offers comfort, adventure and hospitality.

After breakfast we head to the Finster hills, where you can immerse yourself in the scenic beauty that surrounds the hills. We visit the famous Glass Temple dedicated to ShriParshwanathBhagwan. After a long day we retire for a night cap at the resort.

We head to Kadavu, a 2 hour drive from Vythiri. Filled with swaying coconut palms and lush greenery, we descend into the tropical haven of the Western Ghats.

We proceed to the Kadavu River where you can enjoy a boat ride (which is optional). After our return you can enjoy the entire day to yourself where you can either explore the town of Kadavu or try your haggling skills at the local market. Overnight stay in the hotel.

After having breakfast, we proceed to Calicut airport or railway station, where we bid you farewell and a safe onward journey.
