Pick up from NJP Railway Station/Siliguri transfer to Maneybhanjyang 7, 054 ft. by 01 Non AC Bolero/similar 88 kms/4 hrs , proceed to Tumling by 01 Non AC Land Rover 13 kms/1. 5 hrs, en route coverning Chitre, is a small village about 3 kms from Manebhanjan located at an altitude of 8, 340 ft. The route up to Chitre passes through pine, fir, birch forests and bamboo glades. There is an old Buddhist Monastery at Chitrey, You will pass by the monastery, visit Lamaydhura, Lamaydhura is a hamlet inhabited only by five Tibetan families. This is another small village located at the border of India and Nepal, and about 3 kms from Lamaydhura, visit Meghma is at an altitude of 9, 514 ft. There is a monastery at the entrance of Meghma. From Meghma the gravel road bifurcates. The one on the right goes towards Tonglu 2 kms which is part of India. The route on the left from Meghma goes to another settlement known as Tumling 4kms which is part of Nepal. Tumling, there is a lovely view point which is more like an open field. From the edge of this area you get magnificent views of the Kanchenjunga snow peaks. Tumling actually is part of Nepal although there is no restriction to visit the place for Indians or even foreigners with Indian visa. In fact the border between India and Nepal in this part is quite blurred and it's kind of a free way for all. You won't know when you are crossing the border. Dinner will be served at hotel, overnight at Tumling 9, 600 ft. .

Early morning visit Tonglu by trek, Tonglu is actually one of the peaks of Singalila range and located at an altitude of 10, 130ft. Earlier in 1800s this place was part of Sikkim and known as Mount Tonglo. This was during the time when Sir Joseph Hooker came here and other places around on expeditions to discover the plantations of the area. Back to hotel at Tumling , check out and proceed to Sandakphu, en route visit Gairibas 8, 600 ft. and Kalapokhri 10, 400 ft. , Kalapokhri is so named because of a pond or a water tank filled with black water. From Kalipokhri, the route gradually ascends up to Bikheybhanjang which is located 2 kms away. On the way you will cross a place called Chowri Chowk there is no signboard though where you can take a break for couple of minutes. There is nothing much at Bikhey Bhanjan. This motorable route Last 4 kms from Bikheybhanjyang to Sandakphu is very steep and narrow, And now the final destination and the climax. You could see the Sandakphu Peak from Kalipokhri itself. From Bikhheybhanjang the climb up to Sandakphu is the steepest. Sandakphu is the place from where you get a 180 degree panoramic vista of some of the highest and most beautiful peaks of the world, right from Nepal all the way up to Arunachal. Some of the greatest peaks include the Mt Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, Chomolhari, Pandim, Three Sisters, Kumbhakarna etc. Spent some time at Sandakphu, proceed to Phalut via Sabarkum is one of the highest peaks of Singalila range and located in Darjeeling district at an altitude of 11, 811 ft. This is the second highest point in Singalila ridge after Sandakphu 11, 929 ft. Phalut is also in the border of Nepal, Sikkim and West Bengal. The word Phalut which is derived from the Lepcha word Fak-Luk, means "Barren Peak". The area and even the last stretch to Phalut is actually quite barren. This is quite a contrast to the dense forests that are so common at the lower levels. Overnight at Phalut 11, 811 ft. .

Drive down to Sandakphu, overnight at Sandakphu11, 929 ft. .

Drive down to Maneybhanjyang by Non AC Land Rover 32 kms/4 hrs, Transfer to Srikhola by Non AC Bolero/similar 50 kms/3. 5 hrs. Srikhola is located at the foothill of Singalila National Park. You can visit the park and see animals like Red Panda, Himalayan Black Bear, Barking Deer etc in natural habitat. You see Beautiful meandering & bouncing Srikhola river, Sit on the bank and enjoy. You may by walk visit Srikhola Village, Monastery and Temple and the hanging wooden bridge. Overnight at Srikhola 6, 900 ft. .

Check out from hotel, transfer to Dhotrey via Rimbick. Dhotrey is a small Himalayan model village located within the buffer zone of Singalila National Park in Darjeeling district of West Bengal. It is belonging to Eastern Himalaya and nature lovers can stay at Dhotrey, One can enjoy a majestic view of Mt. Kanchenjunga range. Overnight at Dhotrey 8, 500 ft. .
