Experience 4 Days 3 Nights KAZA, KIBBER, CHANDERTAL with MANALI Holiday Package

We booked package for Dharamshala & Dalhousie. It was a very nice experience. Well planned. Thanks to awesome Trips Pvt Ltd.

Positive points-

1. Travelling in the vehicle(force traveller) was comfortable.
2. Driving by the driver(Mr.Anil) was good.
3. Hotel at Manali was very nice and the service at the hotel "Rajput Royal Cottage" was amazing.
4. Food at both the hotels was good.

Negative points-

1.Reaching the hotel "satkar" at shimla was difficult.
2.Condition and infrastructure of the hotel "satkar" was horible.
3.Stay at hotel Satkar at shimla was miserable due to non-availabilty of water and supply of dirty beddings. And also the condition of the hotel was unhygenic.
4.Driver was not so cooperative and was rude.
5.The manager of the "Awesome Trips" could not manage for a comfortable stay/trip for us at shimla.

Overall experience with the "Awesome Trips" was not so good. Dear Sir, As you know, I have posted my feedback on 22.05.2016, regarding our experience on the services offered to us by Awesome Trips Pvt. Ltd, through which we 10 persons made a travel program to Shimla and Monali from New Delhi during the month of May, 2016. Further to my comments / feedback posted in the site on 22.05.2016 on Awesome Trips Private Ltd., I have to submit and advise as under:- 1. Awesome Trips Pvt Ltd. has taken note of my comments posted on 22.05.2016. 2. As discussed with Mr Manoj and Ms Reshu Singh, Awesome Trips has since discontinued it's business tie up with "Hotel Satkaar", Shimla because of their poor services provided to us during one day stay in the hotel on 14th May, 2016. 3. Having considered the action reported to have been taken by Awesome Trips in the matter, as mentioned above, the overall Rating of the travel agent M/s Awesome Trips Pvt. Ltd. may be considered 4 Star (****) as against 3 Star (***) considered in my last feedback on 22.05.2016. Hello Travel is therefore requested to post my above additional feedback, without removing the earlier one. Kindly, acknowledge receipt of the same and do the needful at the earliest.
