Very good. The was a call from the agent within two hours of my contacting Hello Travels. He patiently heard my request and requirements. He sent a detailed itinerary. He was able to get good resort accommodation outside the cities. MTDC at Omkreshwar was very good in all aspects. Highly recommended. Malwa a resort at Mandu was poor in quality. Rooms and toilets could be better. Service good but food not well cooked. Breakfast was not satisfactory.
Ashta Vinayak and Manager Arijit highly recommended.
Taxi was clean and driver good and informed.
