• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right -No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right -Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in. the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right -No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to Rs. 4, 000/ per room OR 20% Of Total Package Which Ever is higher.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellations made within 10 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention.
