Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Dehradun

Dehradun is our main base (starting and ending point) for our Heli-tour.
/The tour will start with your arrival at AirportRailway Station. On arrival you will meet our representative and will be escorted to your pre-booked hotel.
/Passengers should aim to be in Dehradun by 3:00 pm or sooner to begin their Dodham tour.
/In the evening, our team will update the yatris about the tour and provide them duffel bags for packing only the essentials.
After breakfast, passengers will check-out by 09:30 am.
/Arrival at Phata Heli-base will be at 11:00 am.
/Phata is the base for Kedarnath. Accommodation is arranged at the Resort based on Phata helipad itself,

Day 2 : Badrinath

Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle services flight (08 minutes flight).
/Passengers might be ferried in different shuttle services flights, in view of the maximum weight carrying capacity of the aircraft at a high-altitude destination such as Kedarnath.
/Approximate time taken for Kedarnath Temple Darshan: 02 Hours.
Arrival at Badrinath will be at 11;30 am to 12:00 pm.
/Passengers will first check-in to the hotel and have breakfast. Darshan and sight-seeing will be done afterwards. (Temple remains closed from 12-3 in afternoon)
/Approximate time taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan: 02 Hours. Passengers will be taken from hotel to the temple by car.
/ Sightseeing at Badrinath: Mana Village also known as /“Last village of India/” due to its proximity to the China border.

Day 3 : Dehradun

Passengers will have breakfast by 09:00 am and be ready for their flight to Sahastradhara Helidrome by 09:30 am.
/ Estimated time of arrival will be 10:00 am to 10:50 am at Sahastradhara. On arrival, our team will be present to receive the passengers.
/Then passengers will be taken to the Dehradun hotel to collect their luggage from cloak rooms.
/ Later passengers will be dropped to the airportrailway stations, where we bid them farwell.
/*We strongly urge our travelers to have one or two more days handy, in addition to the 2 Night 3 Days timeframe, to prevent inconvenience if they get delayed at any location due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

» Payment Terms & Methods: *20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost
» Cancellation & Refund Policy:
* 100% Refund will be made within 90 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 75% Refund will be made within 45 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 50% Refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

» Other Terms & Conditions, if any(optional): 30 % of the tour package shall be paid in advance to get confirmation of the booking by official mail and approximately 70% is to be paid 30 days prior to the yatra date. The full payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of yatra ex-Dehradun (or any other helicopter base). Any delay in payment on the due date shall invite the cancellation of the booking without any refund. Passengers shall not be permitted to board or commence the tour unless full & final payment of the tour is made on the due dates.
