Term And Conditions:

1) The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement

02) Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies.

03) Travel On Ease will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information.

04) Reservation shall be confirmed on the payment of the advance amount by the customer

05) Any discrepancy in travel history shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s). Customer(s) are to share complete and correct information for travel detail, failing which, any consequence as per law or any extra charges arising thereof will be Borne by the customer only.

06) Customer has to submit the photo ID proof all the persons travelling at time of booking.

07) Guests shall bear all liability if he/she is sent to quarantine during travel. Safety is of paramount importance and same is to be adhered to as per government guidelines.

08) if Customer is not able to travel on the date mentioned in the travel voucher. Same has to be intimated in written e-mail communication along with valid reason and documents as the case maybe. Next travel date to be intimated 7 days before the next travel date.

09) No refund for the Token amount shall be made on the cancellation of the trip by the customer. Travel On Ease serves the right for travel date extension or refusal for the same as mentioned in the above clause.

10) We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

11) Ac will not work in the hilly area.

12) Once the customer will make the booking we will confirm the booking with the concern hotels immediately. The reservations is sujbect to the availability and confirmation from the hotel side. If incase hotel's room got sold out or due to some unavoidable situations the booking get failed in that case, the similar options will be provided actively.
