Day 01: Arrival Ahmedabad drive to Dwarka
Arrive at Ahmedabad airport/railway station, and proceed to Dwarka, en-route visit Jamnagar. Visit Bala Hanuman Temple. Attend evening aarti at Dwarkadish temple if time permits. Overnight stay at the hotel in Dwarka.
Day 02: Dwarka Temples Sightseeing
We will visit the Beyt Dwarka, believed to be the original abode of Lord Krishna and the famous ’Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple’, which is home to one of the 12 Swayambhu Jyotirlingas in the world. Later, we will visit the Gopi Talav, the lake where Gopis are said to have reunited with Lord Krishna. Thereafter, we will visit the Rukmini Devi Temple, dedicated to the wife of Lord Krishna. Later, return back to the hotel to take pleasure of an in Dwarka.
Day 03: Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath
After breakfast check from the hotel & drive to Somnath. En-route visits of Porbandar – Kirti Mandir, Sudama Temple… Later drives to Somnath, Visits of Somnath Temple, and Bhalka Tirth. Somnath: One of the most revered & an important center of culture & nationalism. The legendary temple contains a ‘jyotirlinga’. Looted & destroyed, built & rebuilt several times, it represents the eternal beauty & strength of the Indian society. Overnight stay at Somnath.
Day 05: Ahmedabad Departure
After breakfast, We will visit the Gandhi Ashram next to the banks of the River Sabarmati. It is the place where Mahatma Gandhi set out on his Dandi March and has now been converted into a museum. You can witness the intricate carvings at the Hate Singh Jain Temple Later, transfer to Ahmedabad railway station/airport for onwards journey.
