Sir, We had booked through Yahoo, as superior Srinagr package. We were offered 3+ star hotels. Your hotel at Srinagar--- we were put in 3rd floor, without a lift facility. That hotel was unfit to be 2nd star also. The room, the reception was bad. The food and dining was 2+. Phahalgam was ok. Gulmarg was 2+ Your vehicle was good. But the moderator was short of explaining the tour programmes. Please try to correct these pitfalls. Thanking you Dr.Shivamurthy
