Saigon, as it was earlier named but still addressed as, Ho Chi Minh city is the largest metropolitan of Vietnam. It sure is crowded and fast paced, but there is no better place than Ho Chi Minh city to view and understand the rich history of Vietnam. The city today is intensively Asian in its outlook and culture, but one can still feel the remains of French colonial charms that once prevailed here. Some of the must visit attractions in the city are Notre Dame Cathedral, War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, and Ho-Chi-Minh Museum.
