Dubendorf

Dübendorf is a fast growing municipality inside the district of Uster inside the canton of Zurich in Switzerland. It is a suburb of Zürich in Switzerland with a population of approximately 28,000. It is the fourth biggest metropolis in the canton, after Zurich, Winterthur, and Uster. Dubendorf is first noted in 946 as Tuobilindorf. On the northeastern side of the Adlisberg the ruins of the Dubelstein fort are situated; from 1487 to 1489 the home of Hans Waldmann, former mayor of the city of Zurich.

The town of Dubendorf is pretty small and smooth to get round walking. Crossing from one facet of the city to the other may be finished inside a half hour of casual on foot.
