Novoulyanovsk

Novoulyanovsk is a town in Ulyanovsk Oblast, Russia, situated on the correct bank of the Volga River, 19 kilometers south of Ulyanovsk. It was established in 1960 as a settlement around a concrete factory. Urban-type settlement status was allowed to it in 1961 and a town status, in 1967. Inside the system of regulatory divisions, it is, as one with five rustic areas, consolidated as the town of oblast hugeness of Novoulyanovsk, a managerial unit with the status equivalent to that of the districts. As a civil division, the town of oblast centrality of Novoulyanovsk is joined as Novoulyanovsk Urban Okrug.
