Cristian

Cristian is a commune within the county of Brasov, Transylvania, Romania, shaped simplest from the residence village. Founded in the first half of of the thirteenth century by means of the German colonists in 1362 Cristian become first stated as Krestyenfalu in a letter via King Louis of Anjou, then in 1367, 1377 and later below various names in order to not recollect the popularity of the town, but descendant, might be called in documents as a fair or village. Around 1270, the church of St. Nicholas is constructed, later the Evangelical church. Over time, it has passed through severa changes.
