About Anan
Anan is an area located in the southern part of Tokushima prefecture, Japan. It include , the 23rd stop n the eighty-eight temple Shikoku Pilgrimage, Ohama Coast, famous as the spawning grounds for sea turtles, the Semi-Submerged Tour Boat “Blue Marine”, which allows you to enjoy the sea designated as the Muroto-Anan Quasi-National Park, and others.It is convenient to have a car for getting around this area.
From major cities, this area is most easily accessible by plane. The nearest airport is Tokushima Awa Odori Airport and from Haneda Airport in Tokyo, it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. From the airport, take a bus to Tokushima Station and then take the Mugi line for about 30 minutes to Anan Station.
