Booked a cab with Poorva travels and Mr. Rajesh has confirmed that 12/KM (Innova AC vehicle) and agreed for 1k less from the total cost but when we completed our journey we paid full amount since driver or cab service person not aware of 1K settlement. When checked with travels they promised to refund the extra money but its not settled . So I request to don’t recommend Poorva travels any of your customer. Also KM was charged starting from Travel office not from pick point(40KM extra charged)
