About Ambalapuzha Festival

Ambalapuzha Arattu is an acclaimed celebration led at Sree Krishnaswamy sanctuary in Ambalapuzha in Alappuzha District or Kerala. This Temple was worked by a neighborhood ruler Chembakasserry Pooradam Thirunal-Devanarayanan Thampuran somewhere close to the fifteenth and seventeenth century and devoted his state to Lord Krishna who is the managing divinity here and since its initiation Ambalapuzha arattu is led as the principle celebration here consistently.
