Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: ARRIVE PORTBLAIR

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to your hotel where you relax and rest.

Later will start the breathtaking trip to Corbyn’s Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach, 7 kms away from Port Blair town, and to the Cellular Jail, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom-loving people. One can also view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail.

Day 02: PORT BLAIR- HAVELOCK – RADHANAGAR & KALAPATHAR

Check out from the hotel with packed breakfast and board ferry to Havelock. Later we depart to Andaman Islands most amazing destination, Havelock Island. The destination is rated as the best island in India. Depart from Port Blair to Havelock Island in a ferry. Upon reaching Havelock, our representative attends you and will drop you at your hotel. Rest and Relax in a beachside resort. Later we begin our journey to one among Asia's best beach, Radhanagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder. Post this we drop you back to your resort where you relax and unwind. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Havelock Island.

Note:- Carry extra clothes in case if you want to get down in the water @ Radhanagar Beach.

Day 03: HAVELOCK & KALAPATTHAR

After breakfast, get ready for another beautiful scenic beach " Kala Patthar Beach". Proceed to Kala Pathar beach known for its serene atmosphere, white sand, and unique black rocks along the shoreline, giving it the name "black stone" beach. It's a popular spot for witnessing sunrises and enjoying peaceful walks, with a relatively uncrowded and tranquil ambiance compared to other beaches on the island. Later, return to your hotel & relax.

Day 04: HAVELOCK TO PORT BLAIR

After Breakfast, Catch the ferry to Port Blair. After arrival check in to the Hotel. Later, get ready for a visit to Marina Park with scenic views, kids' play areas & a long pier with access to boating & water sports.

Day 05: DEPARTURE FROM PORTBLAIR

Today, let's get ready for the breakfast & pack your bags. It is your departure day for your onward journey to our destinations.

Payment Policy

• For the land arrangements, we would need 30% of the total package cost as token amount which you can pay in the given below account OR through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card (2.5% Gateway charges extra).

• For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times.

• Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be paid day on arrival in Port Blair via Net Banking or cash.

• In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 15 Days to travel 50% of the total package cost will be required.

• Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days after the booking date.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases ,we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

• 100% cancelation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.

• In case of Lockdown in Andaman due to Covid, will provide a credit note which a traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of Credit Note. In such scenario revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off-season rate. Do check the final cost with the reservation team.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are valid From 1st March till 30th September 2025 

• If photography is cancelled due to weather then No Refund will be provided.

• Hotel will be provided from the above list however if none of the hotel is available on the given date then a similar alternative option will be provided.

• Check in Day Breakfast will not be provided by the hotel. Breakfast will be provided only on Next Day or Check out Day.

• Costing has been taken on the base category of the room, any up gradation in the room or Hotel category due to non-availability will incurred additional cost which has to be borne by the guest.

• Cruise timings are subject to Availability.

• All water activities are subject to weather conditions. Complementary items are free of cost if not done due to any WEATER OR GOVT RESTRICTIONS then no refund will be provided.

• Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, Mytourguru will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to the non-sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.

• In case due to any operational reasons or due to bad weather condition, if Private Ferry is not operating will provide inland transfer in Govt Ferry. 

• Cancellation charges as per company policy.

• In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.

• Ferry / Cruise Operations are purely subjected to Govt. Clearance.

• Union Territory “Andaman & Nicobar Islands” is under the restricted area category. Please carry valid photo Identity proof issued by Govt. of India (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, and Passport)

• All the hotels at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island have early check out 0800hrs and Check in at 11 Am. Guests having late afternoon flights may book additional tour accordingly.

• Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and availability of ferry and same will be updated to you daily basis.

Point to be noted while Travelling to Andaman

• In Andaman mobile networks are BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE and no other networks are supported.

• Our executive will hold the placard outside the airport exit gate.
