• 1.Cancellations received after the payment was done and tour confirmations will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of full tour cost as administration fee plus credit card charges if applicable.
• 2.Cancellations received from booking until up to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of full tour cost.
• 3.Cancellations received from booking until up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of full tour cost.
• 4.Cancellations received between 14 & 29 days prior to tour arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of full tour cost.
• 5.Cancellations received between 13 & 6 days prior to tour arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of full tour cost.
• 6.Cancellations received within 5 days prior to tour arrival will incur a full cost of tour cancellation fee.
