This was our (me nd my husband)first trip to Goa through make my trip. Overall I would say the service was ok but was not value for money. We stayed in Ginger tree resort and had very pleasant stay. Good things were food, room ambience and room location (pool facing); location of hotel is near to beach (plz mind its not beach facing at all); no issues faced in pick and drop service. Bad things: 1) one has to chase room service for water and other necessities (hotel persons themselves should provide these) 2) reception guy little non-responsive at times. Sight seeing offered by make my trip was not that happening. Nearby beach candolim beach is very nice. It would have been best if makemytrip would have included water sports. We hired a bike so didnt have any problem of visiting different locations. Overall nice trip that we planned at very short notice. If one has planned in advance, one can arrange things on their own and have things at cheaper rates.

The Car sent for Desert Safari was bad and so was the arrengment at Dhow Cruise. They did Pick and Choose guest between Indian and Forigen guest which was in bad teast. Also they did't even serve food on the level we were sitting on. We had to go down and get it. That's terrible. On the day of our departure the car sent was a jaguar, but they failed to realise that it was capable of carrying 4 people but not their bags. Its serious mis managment on their part. Other then that it was a terrific expreiance, be it a sight seeing, visiting places or Hotel. Everything was great. Thank you for making it a wonderful experiance.
