Family Getaway 5 Days 4 Nights Pinnawala, Colombo, Kandy with Nuwara Eliya Vacation Package

Mr.Fazmin is very prompt in e-communication, be it email, whatsapp, imo or even telephone calls. He patiently organized and customized our tour many times over till we finalized it to our satisfaction. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, adjustable tour operator who knows his business. He made his best efforts to make our tour enjoyable, pleasurable and comfortable. In spite of finalizing the itinerary, he would suggest an extra stop on the way to show us interesting places, regardless of the extra time. By himself, he was always punctual but never once complained when we were not, which used to happen everyday. Once he would take us to a place of visit,he would never put a time limit to view and enjoy it, sometimes even missing his lunch. During some problem with our accommodation the first night, he even visited us at midnight and got the problem solved. On the road, he is a very safe and dependable driver with adequate knowledge of the roads, whether city or countryside.We always felt safe in his hands, never at any risk. Overall I would conclude that my wife and I had a satisfactory tour with Tour Ceylon.I had a 13 day/12 night tour starting from Colombo and travelling North up to Jaffna town and also to the Ancient cities, to Trincomalee in the East, to Ella in the South. Our original plan was to travel further south to Yala National Park and to Missa, but the Agent appeared to have some issues with the hotel arrangement at Missa and therefore we decided to visit the hill country of Nuwara Eliya and Kandy, before returning to Colombo.I was overall happy with all the arrangements made by Tour Ceylon (hotel, travel, places of special interest to my wife and I) and the general knowledge of the accompanying guide particularly till Ella. Because of the change of plans from Ella, the hotel arrangements particularly in Nuwara Eliya were well below expectations of which the guide was advised. We had a six seater for the four of us ( including the driver and the guide) and it was comfortable and the driver was both capable and careful especially since we had fairly long journeys on some days. I believe that I probably paid a little more than I should have, but since I was finalising my travel plans at a late stage, I accepted the 'high' quote. I would rate our e overall experience as good between three and four stars. interest.
